All of our packages are currently shipped via USPS. All beaded bracelets are made to order by hand once payment is processed and successfully cleared. Standard shipping is $10 with an estimated shipping time of 3 - 10 business days based on the customer's location. International Shipping is currently unavailable. NDigo Gold reserves the right to change shipping standards at any time.

NDigo Gold does not current accept returns or cancelations once your package has been sent due to the nature of the product. We have a strict no return policy and do not take responsibility for lost, stolen, misplaced items, or items undelivered due to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase. No refunds will be issued for either of these circumstances.
Orders are shipped to the mailing address provided at checkout and NDigo Gold is not responsible for packages after they have been shipped.
