For long-lasting pieces you need to know how to properly care for your jewelry and we want to help!

 

To better preserve your item we recommend that it be stored in the velvet or organza bag that was provided with your purchase. Cotton or microfiber cloths may be used to gently clean your product.

 

Avoid the following while wearing your jewelry

 

• Chlorine, Bleaches, Cleaning Materials
• Swimming, Sports, Hot tubs, Showering
• Hair Pruoducts, Perfumes and Oils

 

• Do not use jewelry cleaner on plated jewelry or stones

USPS Flat Rate Shipping - $5 USD

 

All of Cuffd bracelets are made to order so please allow 2 - 4 business days for preparation. Orders will be shipped promptly the following day. Shipping can take between 5 - 10 business days based on customer location. Cuffd does not currently ship internationally.

 

Returns

 

We do not accept any returns or cancelations once your package has been sent due to the nature of the product. If you experience an issue with your order contact us within 5 days of receiving your order in the mail. Only if your item(s) arrive damaged will we provide an exchange for the same product or one of equal value. Otherwise, all items are final sale. Repairs are available for an additional fee and shipping cost.

We accept all major credit and debit card payments at checkout via square secure payments. All custom requests require a 50% deposit upon placing your order. The remainder of the balance will be due once your order has been completed prior to shipment.
